Miranda Oldroyd

I was so lucky to have Sean in my corner while recovering from my knee injury at the 2015 Games. So many movements were restricted because I only had one leg, but I was able to maintain and even gain so much with his help. The workouts are always challenging, but easy to follow and the progressions were perfect. He definitely gave me a new love for gymnastics work. It's something I continue to include in my training, even now that I have recovered from my injury.
